Amanda brings more than 20 years of practical experience across people, HR, culture, operations and day-to-day business support. Her strength is helping organisations feel more organised, confident and in control, with support that is personal, practical and achievable.
Charlotte Johnson
Founder and Director
Charlotte brings more than 15 years of experience across operations, governance, customer experience, complaints, policy, service improvement and transformation. She specialises in simplifying complexity and building practical ways of working that improve outcomes for customers and colleagues.
